How do I find my customer number?
Your customer number should have been provided to you by our sales team or via email. If you cannot find it, please contact our support team at 1-800-265-8353 or can.customerrelations@ca.sunstar.com.
Can I use any email to register?
Yes, you can use any valid email address to register as long as it is not already associated with another account in our store.
What if I forgot or don't know my customer number?
You will not be able to create an account if the customer number entered does not match our records. If you have forgotten your customer number, please check a past invoice or contact our customer service at 1-800-265-8353 or can.customerrelations@ca.sunstar.com. We will verify your information and provide you with your number.
